SANKEN Automotive Front Windshield Glass Bending Furnace is controlled by PLC and computer. The computer operating system adopts the dynamic image display, which is convenient for the operation of human-computer interaction. When the equipment fails, it can be automatically warned and recorded, and the source of failure can be found on the computer, which is convenient for troubleshooting. The equipment is designed with multiple limit protections. The temperature control is intelligent, and the output power of heaters has a good stability. Each trolley is equipped with a mould positioning mechanism to avoid the displacement of mould during the transmission, so as to ensure that the glass curved spherical surface of each pair is consistent and with the best fit. It has a continuous cooling annealing structure, and adopts variable frequency blowers to control the air volume, so that the glass can achieve the best cooling effect. The standard configuration has 24 trolleys, and the circulating conveying system is top-in and bottom-out, it realizes continuous high-class and high-efficiency production.

SANKEN automotive glass bent tempered furnace adopts world-class technical design, advanced frequency conversion blower control and intelligent temperature module control, and is perfectly combined with unique design of air tank and heat balance, which will process tip-top quality automotive side wind glass and rear windshield for customers.


The curved bent tempering of automotive side wind glass adopts automatic synchronous forming technology for the upper and lower conveying rollers, automatically adjusts the curved arc through the computer, the final finished curved glass has high precision and smooth arc. For the rear windshield, the glass is heated and formed by shaping mould, with lifting device for upper pressing die. The transmission and lifting of the bending forming section are all controlled by SERVO motors.

At the test site, the technicians started the joint production line. After the original glass was processed by the high-precision edge grinding machine, it was seamlessly connected to the high-pressure air cleaning machine through the intelligent conveyor belt, without any manual intervention.

Glass Automatic Four Sides Edger is designed for glass chamfering with features of economy, efficiency and automatic identification of glass size and thickness. This machine is suitable for processing the construction glass, insulating glass of window and door and other different size flat glass with a large quantity. Being connected with other machines, the production efficiency can be improved deeply.



1.Adopt the servo-driven, annular timing belt and rubber roller for conveying and polyurethane wheel for press which ensures the stable glass transmission, accurate positioning and excellent grinding performance.

2.The automatic opening and closing mechanism of grinding motor and lateral pressing wheel are adopted the gear reducer and servo driver. Assembling with the ball screw rod, liner guide rail, pinion and rack, the mechanism can be accuracy.

3.The motor rotation system adopts the gear reducer and servo driver that make it position precisely.

4.Adopt limit switch probe positioning instead of touch glass that avoid the distress of parameters resetting due to the replacement of probe. This novel design greatly improves the life of the limit switch probe and makes the operation and maintenance more convenient.

5.Adopt human interface and PLC control system, easy operate.



Highly intelligent high-speed four-side grinding is widely used in the fine edge grinding of door and window glass. For developed countries, they need it very much, and for developing countries, which do not have high requirements for edge grinding quality, it will also be completely suitable for them.
