The SANKEN SKCL series CNC Automatic Glass Cutting Production Line combines automatic glass loading, CNC cutting and glass breaking into one coordinated production process. It is designed for flat-glass factories that require automated material handling, programmed cutting and an organized workflow from raw glass loading to breaking.

Production Line Components
Automatic Glass Loading
The loading section picks up raw glass sheets and transfers them to the CNC cutting table, reducing repeated manual handling before the cutting process.
Automatic Glass Positioning
Glass is transferred and positioned on the cutting table according to the programmed production task before cutting begins.
Cutting Optimization
The CNC control system works with cutting optimization software to arrange cutting layouts according to glass dimensions and production requirements.
CNC Glass Cutting
The cutting section performs programmed flat-glass cutting with adjustable cutting speed for different glass sizes and processing requirements.
Glass Breaking
After cutting, the glass is transferred to the breaking section for separation along the cutting lines, completing the main glass cutting workflow.
Working Sequence
Raw glass is loaded onto the line and transferred to the cutting section. After positioning and cutting-layout preparation, the CNC system performs the programmed cutting operation. The processed glass is then transferred to the breaking section to complete the cutting cycle.
