Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
SANKEN Automatic Glass Loading Machine is designed to pick up, lift and transfer flat glass sheets to CNC cutting equipment. The vacuum suction system supports automated glass handling and reduces repeated manual loading during the cutting process.
The SKLM series is available in SKLM-3725A and SKLM-6033A configurations for different glass sizes and loading capacities. It can be used as the loading section of an automatic glass cutting production line or integrated with compatible CNC cutting equipment according to the factory layout.
The SANKEN SKLM series Automatic Glass Loading Machine is designed to pick up, lift and transfer flat glass sheets to CNC cutting equipment. A vacuum suction system is used to handle glass during the loading process and reduce repeated manual loading before cutting.
The series is available in SKLM-3725A and SKLM-6033A configurations for different glass sizes and loading capacities. It can be used as an independent loading machine or integrated with CNC glass cutting and breaking equipment as part of an automatic glass cutting production line.
SKLM Series Automatic Glass Loading Machine
The loading system uses vacuum suction to pick up flat glass sheets from the loading position before transfer to the next processing stage.
After pickup, the machine transfers the glass to the connected CNC cutting equipment, helping organize the material flow before cutting.
Two SKLM configurations are available for different glass sizes. The larger SKLM-6033A model supports glass sheets up to 6100 × 3300 mm.
Automated pickup and transfer reduce the need for operators to repeatedly move large glass sheets manually before the cutting process.
The loading machine can be configured as the feeding section of a CNC automatic glass cutting production line and connected with compatible cutting and breaking equipment.
The machine picks up the required glass sheet using the vacuum suction system, lifts and transfers it from the loading position, and delivers it to the connected cutting equipment for the next processing stage.
Machine views and structural details of the SANKEN SKLM automatic glass loading system.
The SKLM series is available in two catalogue configurations. Model selection should be based on maximum glass size, loading capacity, available factory space and the requirements of the connected cutting equipment.
| Item | SKLM-3725A | SKLM-6033A |
|---|---|---|
| Max. Loading Size | 4200 × 2800 mm | 6100 × 3300 mm |
| Min. Loading Size | 1500 × 1200 mm | 1650 × 1650 mm |
| Processing Thickness | 3–19 mm | 3–19 mm |
| Max. Loading Capacity | 600 kg | 950 kg |
| Max. Suction Depth | 650 mm | 650 mm |
| Air Pressure | 0.6–0.8 MPa | 0.6–0.8 MPa |
| Total Power | 8 kW | 10 kW |
| Weight | 3000 kg | 4000 kg |
| Overall Size | 4600 × 2800 × 2900 mm | 6430 × 3340 × 3900 mm |
Suitable for glass up to 4200 × 2800 mm, with a maximum loading capacity of 600 kg. This configuration is intended for factories processing standard large-format flat glass.
Suitable for larger glass sheets up to 6100 × 3300 mm, with a maximum loading capacity of 950 kg. This model is intended for production layouts handling jumbo-size flat glass.
The SKLM series can be used as the loading section before a CNC glass cutting machine. In a complete automatic cutting line, the loader supplies glass to the cutting section before the processed sheets move to glass breaking equipment.
The SKLM series is used for automated flat-glass loading before CNC cutting. It can be integrated into cutting workflows for architectural glass, automotive glass, furniture glass, home appliance glass, solar glass, bathroom glass and other flat-glass processing applications.
The machine is particularly useful where large glass sheets need to be repeatedly transferred from the loading position to cutting equipment.
It picks up flat glass sheets using vacuum suction and transfers them from the loading position to CNC cutting equipment.
The main differences are maximum glass size, loading capacity, total power and machine dimensions. SKLM-3725A handles glass up to 4200 × 2800 mm and 600 kg, while SKLM-6033A supports glass up to 6100 × 3300 mm and 950 kg.
Both catalogue models are specified for glass thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm.
The suction system attaches to the glass surface, lifts the sheet from the loading position and transfers it to the connected cutting equipment.
Connection requirements should be reviewed according to the cutting-machine model, loading height, glass dimensions and factory layout before the final configuration is confirmed.
Please provide the maximum glass dimensions, glass thickness range, glass weight, required loading arrangement and factory floor plan. These details help determine the suitable SKLM model and equipment layout.
For equipment selection, provide your glass dimensions, thickness range, glass weight, cutting-machine information and factory layout. SANKEN can review the suitable loading-machine configuration and its connection with the planned CNC cutting process.
