The SANKEN SKS-02 Glass Irregular Shape Edging Machine is designed for grinding and polishing round, oval and irregular flat glass. It features a vacuum suction table, adjustable grinding operation and interchangeable wheels for edge finishing and bevel processing.
SANKEN SK45 Series Glass Straight Line Multilevel Miter Edging Machines are designed for grinding and polishing flat and multilevel angled glass edges. Eight models, including PLC variants, support glass thicknesses of 3–19 mm and flat and 45° angle processing configurations.
SANKEN SKDE Series Glass Straight Line Double Edging Machines integrate horizontal glass feeding, rough grinding, chamfering, fine grinding and polishing in one operation. Six configurations cover processing sizes from 2440 mm to 6000 mm with 22- or 24-spindle arrangements.
SANKEN glass straight line double edging lines combine two double edgers with an automatic transit table for continuous four-side grinding, arrising and polishing of rectangular flat glass.
SANKEN SKCE Series Automatic Glass Corner Edging Machines process rounded corners on flat glass using servo control and a camera-assisted system. Six models support glass thicknesses of 3–12 mm, corner radii from R1 to R40 mm and processing sizes up to 2400 × 3600 mm.
SANKEN SKBE Series Glass Belt Edging Machines are designed for manual rough grinding of glass edges before tempering. Two models, SKBE-02A and SKBE-03A, are available with replaceable sanding belts and different working table sizes.
SANKEN Vertical Glass Edging Production Lines connect four edging machines with three glass-turning stations for continuous four-side processing. Available configurations include SKE-10PLC-4 for flat edges, SK45-10PLC-4 for multilevel miter edges and SKB-10PLC-4 for bevelled edges.
SANKEN SKB Series Glass Straight Line Bevelling Machines are designed for grinding and polishing bevelled edges on flat glass. Eight models, including PLC versions, support 3–12 mm glass, adjustable bevel angles of 0–25° and bevel widths up to 40 mm.
SANKEN SKDR-AL Series Glass Straight Line Double Round Edging Line combines two round edging machines with a transit table for continuous grinding and polishing of flat, pencil round and OG edges. Five models cover glass sizes from 1000 × 1000 mm to 2500 × 2500 mm.
SANKEN SKDR Series Glass Straight Line Double Round Edging Machines are designed for grinding straight-line glass with 10G, 20G, 30G, pencil round and flat edge profiles. Five models cover processing widths from 1000 mm to 2500 mm with 12- or 16-spindle configurations.
SANKEN SKFE-F Series Glass Four Sides Edging Machines are designed for automatic flat-glass rough edging and seaming, with servo-driven conveying, automatic glass size detection and processing speeds up to 40 m/min.
SANKEN SKE Series Glass Straight Line Edging Machines are designed for grinding and polishing straight flat edges of glass. Four models, SKE-4, SKE-9, SKE-10 and SKE-11, support glass sizes up to 1830 × 2440 mm and thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm.
