Equipment can be configured according to glass type, processing requirements, production capacity and factory layout, with support for line planning, installation, commissioning and operator training.

SANKEN SKAC screw air compressors provide factory compressed air with PLC control and permanent-magnet variable-frequency drives. Two models offer 22 kW and 55 kW motor ratings, with separately selected air receivers and refrigerated dryers for the required supply arrangement.
SANKEN SKWF equipment supports process-water treatment and glass-processing wastewater filtration. SKWF-01 provides automatic RO treatment with flow and conductivity monitoring, while SKWF-750 separates glass powder from wastewater for solids collection and suitable process-water reuse.
SANKEN SKFS automatic glass film applicators apply protective and process films to glass. Four models support single- or double-sided application, with PLC control, automatic positioning, heating and film cutting for glass up to 1950 × 3200 mm.
SANKEN SKF furnaces process glass for bending and decorative fusing applications, including wash basins, furniture components and curved panels. Three models offer chamber sizes up to 1800 × 3600 mm, with automatic temperature control and individually controlled heater groups.
SANKEN SKAL-BT furnaces combine heating, curved forming and tempering for automotive glass. Four models offer different glass formats and station configurations, with temperature-module control, frequency-controlled blowers and forming arrangements selected for side-window or rear-windshield production.
SANKEN SKAL-BW machines wash and dry curved automotive glass, including windshields, side windows and roof glass. Two models combine pre-spraying, heated high-pressure washing, pure-water rinsing and air-knife drying, with PLC control and glass-responsive operation.
SANKEN SKAL-VP automotive glass lines connect clean-room assembly conveying, vacuum pre-lamination, glass unloading and vacuum ring return. PLC and touch-screen control coordinate the equipment before final autoclave processing, with SKAL-1319 and SKAL-1324 configurations available.
SANKEN SKAL-FB furnaces bend paired glass sheets for automotive front windshield production. Two models combine PLC and computer control, mould-positioning trolleys, temperature regulation and controlled cooling, accommodating glass sizes up to 1800 × 2800 mm.
SANKEN SKAL shuttle-type lines automate automotive glass pre-processing through model-specific combinations of loading, CNC cutting, breaking, edging and drilling. Six models process glass 2–6 mm thick, with maximum sizes up to 2400 × 1300 mm.
SANKEN SKL EVA glass vacuum laminating machines combine vacuum and heating for transparent, coloured and decorative laminated glass. Six models offer processing sizes up to 4000 × 2500 mm, with manual push-pull or hydraulic lifting configurations and PLC touch-screen options.
SANKEN SKA autoclaves provide final heat-and-pressure bonding for PVB laminated glass after pre-lamination. Four models accommodate glass up to 3050 × 8000 mm, with Siemens PLC control, a 15-inch touch screen, infrared heating and pressure-monitored door interlocks.
SANKEN SKPL-S semi-automatic PVB laminated glass lines combine automatic washing, positioning, conveying and pre-lamination pressing with assisted glass transfer and manual film handling. Six models accommodate glass up to 3300 × 6000 mm, with Siemens PLC and touch-screen control.
