The SANKEN SKFT series provides flat glass tempering equipment in ten model configurations. Select the furnace according to glass dimensions, thickness, required output and available factory space.

Flat Glass Tempering Furnaces
The SANKEN SKFT series provides heating and quenching equipment for flat glass tempering. Ten models cover different glass sizes, thickness ranges and installation requirements.
Model selection is based on the intended glass products, sheet dimensions, thickness, production requirements and available factory utilities. Thickness limits vary by model; the complete specification tables below should be used for selection.
Heating, Quenching and Control
Multi-Point Temperature Detection
Temperature detection at multiple points supports monitoring and adjustment of the furnace heating zones.
Blower and Heating Control
Variable-frequency blower control and module temperature control support the heating and quenching process. Control options depend on the selected model.
Thermal Insulation
High-temperature-resistant materials and the furnace assembly are designed to limit heat loss. Actual energy use depends on the model, glass thickness, loading and operating cycle.
Process Monitoring and Alarms
The control system monitors loading, heating, cooling, unloading and relevant drive mechanisms. Motor fault alarms help operators identify issues during operation.
Glass Quality and Process Settings
Heating and quenching settings are adjusted to suit the glass thickness and product requirements.
Working Sequence
Cutting, edge processing, required holes and washing are completed before tempering.

We offer a one-year warranty. Delivery usually takes 30–45 working days after receipt of the advance payment, depending on the configuration. Payment terms are 30% in advance by T/T and 70% before shipment.
