SANKEN SKF furnaces process glass for bending and decorative fusing applications, including wash basins, furniture components and curved panels. Three models offer chamber sizes up to 1800 × 3600 mm, with automatic temperature control and individually controlled heater groups.
SANKEN SKFB flat and curved glass tempering furnaces combine heating, bending and air quenching, with eight models for different glass sizes and factory layouts.
SANKEN SKW Series horizontal glass washing machines use bevel gear transmission, adjustable conveying speed, pre-spraying, brush cleaning, sponge rollers and low-pressure hot air drying. Four models are available for glass widths from 800 to 1800 mm and thicknesses of 3–19 mm.
The SANKEN SKD-02 Horizontal Glass Drilling Machine is designed for drilling flat glass with diameters from 5 to 140 mm and thicknesses from 3 to 25 mm. It features pneumatic glass clamping, infrared positioning and sequential upper and lower drilling, with semi-automatic and automatic operating modes.
SANKEN SKFT flat glass tempering furnaces offer multiple processing sizes, with temperature monitoring, heating control and air quenching for different glass products and factory requirements.
SANKEN SKD-CNC201 and SKD-CNC202 horizontal glass drilling machines provide CNC-controlled hole positioning and drilling at a standalone workstation. Both models support glass up to 2000 × 800 mm, thicknesses of 3–12 mm and drilling diameters of 5–35 mm.
SANKEN SKD-V2 Series vertical CNC glass drilling machines combine automatic hole positioning, PLC control and vertical glass conveying. The SKD-2000V2 and SKD-2500V2 support glass thicknesses of 4–19 mm and drilling diameters of 4–50 mm.
SANKEN SKW-A horizontal glass washing machines combine brush washing and air-knife drying, with six models covering working widths from 1300 to 3300 mm for different flat-glass processing requirements.
SANKEN SKW-V vertical glass washing machines combine brush washing and air-knife drying, with three models for different glass sizes and integration into insulating glass or vertical processing lines.
SANKEN SKFT-C forced convection tempering furnaces combine hot-air heating and air quenching for flat and Low-E glass, with multiple models for different glass sizes and production requirements.
SANKEN SKHS heat soak test furnaces process tempered glass through controlled heating, soaking and cooling, with three models and batch capacities from 2,500 to 6,000 kg.
