Horizontal Glass Washing Machine – SKW-A Series
The SANKEN SKW-A series provides horizontal washing and drying for flat glass. Six models allow customers to select the processing size and machine footprint suited to their production requirements.

Horizontal Flat Glass Washing and Drying
The SANKEN SKW-A series washes and dries flat glass conveyed horizontally through the machine. Six models cover listed maximum glass sizes from 1300 × 2500 mm to 3300 × 6000 mm. All listed models specify a glass thickness range of 3–19 mm.
The machine combines brush washing, water circulation and filtration, air-knife drying and variable-frequency speed control. It can be considered for flat-glass preparation before subsequent processing, with the configuration selected for the glass type and production requirements.

Bevel Gear Transmission
A bevel gear transmission system drives glass transport through the washing and drying sections.
Brush Washing and Water Filtration
Brushes remove surface residues during washing. Water circulation and filtration support the cleaning process; routine tank and filter cleaning remain part of maintenance.
Low-E Glass Configuration
For Low-E glass, confirm the coating type, brush specification and brush-lifting arrangement before selecting the machine. The washing setup should be matched to the glass supplier's handling requirements.
Air-Knife Drying
Air knives remove water from the glass surface after washing. Drying performance depends on the operating settings, glass condition and washing-water quality.
Variable-Frequency Speed Control
The listed cleaning speed is 1–8 m/min. Operators can adjust the speed to suit the glass and washing requirements.
Pull-Out Water Tank
The pull-out tank provides access for water changes and cleaning.

The supplied terms are 30% advance payment by T/T and 70% balance before shipment, subject to the agreed quotation.
