For glass as wide as 2500mm, can the drying system guarantee no watermarks in the middle?
Yes, it can. For large-format glass, we replace sponge rollers with custom-engineered air knives powered by industrial-grade high-pressure blowers. The precisely calculated angle of the air knives generates a high-speed, high-pressure air stream that instantly strips water droplets off the surface, ensuring the entire glass sheet (including the center) is completely dry and ready for tempering.
