Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
Three-Section Precision Layout: Consists of an automatic pre-positioning section for loading, high-precision screen printing, and an integrated detection section
Mitsubishi PLC & Touch Control: Powered by a premium Japanese Mitsubishi PLC paired with a user-friendly touch screen for seamless operational adjustments
Full Servo Motor Driving: Both the scraping print mechanism and ink plate returning system are controlled by independent servo motors for ultra-smooth cycles
±0.1mm Exceptional Registration: Advanced stop-positioning architecture delivers a highly reliable repetition precision of ±0.1mm
Multi-Layer Safety Protection: The software control program features built-in multi-layer safeguards to strictly eliminate equipment damage or worker injuries caused by misoperation
The SANKEN SKP series combines automatic glass pre-positioning, screen printing and a post-print inspection section. Servo motors control the printing squeegee and ink-return strokes, with operation managed through a Mitsubishi PLC and touch-screen interface.
Seven models cover maximum glass sizes from 1000 × 1500 mm to 2500 × 5100 mm. All models process glass thicknesses of 2–19 mm, with a printing speed of 2 pcs/min and repeatability of ±0.1 mm.
The incoming glass is aligned before entering the printing section. Positioning establishes the panel location for the print cycle.
The squeegee transfers ink through the prepared screen onto the glass. Servo-controlled printing and ink-return strokes coordinate the print and ink replenishment cycle.
The inspection section provides a stage for checking the printed panel before it moves to drying or another production process.
Servo motors drive the printing and ink-return mechanisms. Operators set the process to suit the screen, ink and printed design.
A four-pillar structure supports vertical movement of the screen assembly during printing and panel transfer.
The control system coordinates the processing sections through a touch-screen interface. Program protection functions help manage operating limits and incorrect commands.
The glass positioning and printing arrangement supports repeatable panel placement across the series.
Choose a machine around your maximum and minimum glass sizes and required screen frame. All seven models use a 0.6 MPa air supply.
Prepare clean glass, the printing screen and the selected ink before production. Check glass positioning and the first printed panel before continuing the batch.
