Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
The SANKEN SKPL-0609 and SKPL-0812 integrate five production sections for flat glass screen printing. A vertical single-arm structure supports the printing unit, while servo motors control the printing and ink-return strokes.
The SANKEN SKPL-0609 and SKPL-0812 combine automatic pre-positioning, glass screen printing, inspection, automatic arraying and IR drying. A vertical single-arm printing structure supports the screen assembly, while servo motors control the printing and ink-return strokes.
Both models process glass thicknesses of 2–19 mm, with a printing speed of 5 pcs/min and repeatability of ±0.1 mm. Select the model around your glass size range, screen frame and production requirements.
The incoming glass is aligned before printing. Panel positioning establishes the location of each sheet for the printing cycle.
The single-arm printing unit transfers ink through the prepared screen onto the glass. Servo-controlled printing and ink return coordinate the squeegee cycle.
The inspection section provides a stage for checking the printed panel before it enters the following process.
Printed panels are arranged for transfer into the drying tunnel. The maximum arraying width is 1200 mm for SKPL-0609 and 1800 mm for SKPL-0812.
A 23 m IR dryer handles the ink-drying stage. Select the drying settings to suit the ink and downstream processing requirements.
The single-arm arrangement supports the screen assembly during printing. Choose the screen frame and glass processing area to match the printed design.
Servo motors control the printing and ink-return strokes, supporting coordinated motion through the print cycle.
The control system coordinates the production sections through a touch-screen interface. Program protection functions help manage operating limits and incorrect commands.
Synchronized anti-sliding belts transport glass between the processing sections.
SKPL-0609 processes glass from 230 × 230 to 600 × 900 mm. SKPL-0812 processes glass from 300 × 300 to 800 × 1200 mm.
Prepare clean glass, the printing screen and ink before production. Check the first panel for positioning and print quality, then match the printing and dryer settings to the job.

The line supports flat glass screen printing for appliance panels, furniture glass, kitchen glass and decorative interior products. Architectural and automotive printing projects can be reviewed against the panel geometry, artwork and ink requirements.
Share the glass dimensions, screen frame, printed design and ink specification so we can review the production setup with you.
The integrated IR tunnel dries printed ink before the next production stage. Match the dryer temperature and residence time to the selected ink.
Ceramic inks requiring firing need a separate downstream heat-treatment process. Plan this stage together with the glass production sequence.
The line dimensions are 30200 × 1700 × 1800 mm for SKPL-0609 and 31100 × 2300 × 1800 mm for SKPL-0812. Allow additional room for glass handling, screen changes, dryer access and maintenance.
Both models require a 0.6 MPa compressed-air supply. Total electrical power is 142 kW for SKPL-0609 and 212 kW for SKPL-0812.
