Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
SANKEN Glass Breaking Table is designed for separating scored flat glass after CNC cutting. The air-cushion work surface assists glass movement across the table, while pneumatic breaking bars apply controlled force along the scored cutting lines.
The SKB series is available in SKB-3725C and SKB-6033C configurations for different glass sizes. It can be used as an independent breaking station or integrated with automatic loading and CNC cutting equipment as part of a complete glass cutting production line.
The SANKEN SKB series Glass Breaking Table is designed for separating scored flat glass after CNC cutting. The table provides an air-cushion work surface to assist glass movement and uses pneumatic breaking bars to apply breaking force along the scored cutting lines.

SKB Series Glass Breaking Table
The worktable uses an air-cushion surface to reduce resistance when moving large glass sheets across the table, making positioning and handling easier after cutting.
Pneumatic breaking bars apply force along the scored glass lines to assist separation after the CNC cutting process.
The SKB series provides configurations for glass sizes up to 4200 × 2800 mm and 6100 × 3300 mm, allowing the breaking table to match different cutting-line sizes.
The breaking table is positioned after the CNC cutting stage to separate cut glass sheets before they move to the next processing operation.
The table can be connected with CNC glass cutting equipment and automatic loading systems as the breaking section of an automatic glass cutting production line.
After CNC cutting, the scored glass sheet is transferred onto the breaking table. The air-cushion surface assists movement and positioning before the pneumatic breaking system applies force along the required scored lines to separate the glass.

The SKB series is available in two catalogue configurations. The breaking table should normally be selected to match the processing size of the connected CNC glass cutting equipment.
| Item | SKB-3725C | SKB-6033C |
|---|---|---|
| Max. Processing Size | 4200 × 2800 mm | 6100 × 3300 mm |
| Processing Thickness | 3–19 mm | 3–19 mm |
| Total Power | 4.0 kW | 8.0 kW |
| Weight | 1000 kg | 1800 kg |
| Overall Size | 4200 × 2800 × 900 mm | 6100 × 3300 × 900 mm |
Suitable for glass up to 4200 × 2800 mm and for cutting systems using the corresponding standard large-format processing size.
Suitable for large-format glass up to 6100 × 3300 mm and production lines designed for jumbo glass cutting and breaking.
The Glass Breaking Table normally follows the CNC cutting stage. In an automatic cutting line, raw glass is first loaded, then cut according to the programmed layout, and finally transferred to the breaking table for separation.
The SKB series is used for breaking scored flat glass after CNC cutting in architectural glass, furniture glass, automotive glass, home appliance glass and other flat-glass processing applications.
It can be used as an independent glass breaking station or as the final section of a CNC automatic glass cutting production line.
A glass breaking table is used after glass cutting to separate scored flat glass along the programmed cutting lines.
Pneumatic breaking bars apply controlled force to the scored glass so that the sheet can be separated along the required cutting lines.
The main difference is processing size. SKB-3725C supports glass up to 4200 × 2800 mm, while SKB-6033C supports glass up to 6100 × 3300 mm. The larger model also has higher installed power and a larger machine footprint.
Both catalogue models are specified for flat glass from 3 to 19 mm thick.
The breaking table can be integrated with compatible CNC cutting equipment. Processing size, working height, transfer arrangement and factory layout should be reviewed before final configuration.
The breaking-table size should normally match the maximum glass size and processing width of the connected cutting equipment. Provide your glass dimensions and cutting-machine configuration before selection.
For equipment selection, provide your maximum glass dimensions, thickness range, CNC cutting-machine model and factory layout. SANKEN can review the suitable breaking-table size and its connection with the planned glass cutting process.
