Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
SANKEN screen drying machines use heated air circulation to dry screen frames during stencil preparation. Choose horizontal drawers for screens after emulsion coating, or vertical loading for screens after cleaning and developing.
SANKEN SKP-D and SKP-DV drying machines use heated air circulation to dry screen printing frames during screen preparation. Choose horizontal drawer loading for screens after emulsion coating, or vertical loading for screens after cleaning and developing.
Eight models provide maximum screen sizes from 1100 × 1700 mm to 2500 × 4800 mm. Horizontal models have five layers; vertical models have ten layers.
The SKP-D series holds screens horizontally in drawers and is mainly used after coating the mesh with photosensitive emulsion.
Horizontal drawers provide access for placing and removing screen frames. Screens are positioned with the printing surface facing upward.
Temperature-control components regulate the drying temperature during operation.
Stainless steel heaters supply heat, and a centrifugal fan circulates air through the drying chamber.
Track-type bearing movement supports drawer operation, while the drawer enclosure helps retain heated air.

The SKP-DV series loads screens vertically and is mainly used for drying after screen cleaning and developing.
The vertical arrangement provides ten loading layers for the selected frame size and organizes screens within the cabinet.
The inner chamber uses stainless steel plate with stainless steel heaters.
An upper heating arrangement and internal hot-air circulation distribute heat through the cabinet.
The insulated enclosure helps retain heat during the drying cycle.

Select the loading arrangement around the screen preparation stage. Match the drying conditions to the emulsion, cleaning or developing process used in your workshop.
Use the drying machine in the screen-making area for glass printing. Horizontal drying supports coated screen preparation before exposure; vertical drying supports screens after cleaning and developing.
These machines dry screen frames and stencils. Printed glass drying takes place in separate equipment such as an IR tunnel dryer.
Send the outside dimensions of your screen frames, the preparation stage, the number of screens per batch and the coating or cleaning materials used. Choose the loading format and screen size together.
Allow access for drawer extension or cabinet loading, frame handling, cleaning and maintenance. Check the selected machine dimensions and power against your available workshop space and electrical supply.
D models use five-layer horizontal drawers, mainly for screens after emulsion coating. DV models use ten-layer vertical loading, mainly for screens after cleaning and developing.
Both arrangements are available in 0812, 1525, 2030 and 2040 sizes, covering maximum screens from 1100 × 1700 to 2500 × 4800 mm.
The drying cycle is 15–20 minutes, with a processing temperature of approximately 55 °C. Select the operating conditions around your screen preparation materials.
This equipment is for screen frames and stencil preparation. Select a separate glass dryer for printed panels.
Place the frames horizontally in the drawers with the printing surface facing upward.
Send the frame size range, preferred horizontal or vertical arrangement, batch requirements, preparation process and available power supply.
