Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
SANKEN SKLC series Automatic Laminated Glass Cutting Machine is designed for straight-line cutting of PVB and EVA laminated glass. The automated process includes glass conveying, positioning, upper and lower glass cutting, glass breaking, interlayer heating, glass pulling and film cutting.
Two configurations, SKLC-2620A and SKLC-3725A, are available for different glass sizes and factory requirements. The machine is designed as an integrated laminated-glass cutting system rather than a conventional monolithic glass cutting table.
The SANKEN SKLC series Automatic Laminated Glass Cutting Machine is designed for straight-line cutting of PVB and EVA laminated glass. The machine combines the main laminated-glass cutting operations into an automated processing sequence.
The process includes glass conveying, positioning, upper and lower glass cutting, glass breaking, interlayer film heating, glass pulling and film cutting. Two models, SKLC-2620A and SKLC-3725A, are available for different glass dimensions and equipment-layout requirements.
SKLC Series Automatic Laminated Glass Cutting Machine
Laminated glass is conveyed into the cutting area as part of the automated processing sequence, reducing repeated manual transfer between cutting stages.
The glass is positioned before cutting so that the upper and lower glass sheets can be processed according to the required straight cutting line.
The machine cuts both glass layers of the laminated sheet as part of the coordinated cutting process.
After scoring, the glass layers are broken along the cutting line before the laminated interlayer is separated.
The interlayer film is heated during the separation process to prepare it for pulling and cutting after the glass layers have been broken.
After the separated glass sections are pulled apart, the PVB or EVA interlayer is cut to complete the laminated-glass separation process.
The laminated glass enters the machine and is positioned for straight-line cutting. Both glass layers are cut and broken, after which the interlayer is heated. The separated glass sections are then pulled apart and the PVB or EVA film is cut to complete the process.

Suitable for laminated glass up to 2600 × 2000 mm and for factories requiring a smaller machine footprint.
Suitable for larger laminated glass sheets up to 3700 × 2500 mm and production layouts requiring a larger processing area.
The SKLC series is designed for straight-line cutting and separation of PVB and EVA laminated glass.
Its integrated processing sequence is suitable where laminated glass needs to be conveyed, cut on both sides, broken, heated at the interlayer and separated without transferring the sheet between multiple independent machines.
The SKLC series is designed for straight-line cutting of PVB and EVA laminated glass.
The catalogue specifies the SKLC series for straight-line laminated glass cutting. Shaped cutting is not listed as a function for these models.
The main difference is processing size and machine footprint. SKLC-2620A supports laminated glass up to 2600 × 2000 mm, while SKLC-3725A supports glass up to 3700 × 2500 mm.
The catalogue lists glass conveying, positioning, upper and lower cutting, glass breaking, film heating, broken-glass pulling and film cutting as part of the automated process.
Both SKLC-2620A and SKLC-3725A are specified for a minimum processing size of 400 × 400 mm.
Please provide the maximum laminated-glass dimensions, glass and interlayer configuration, required cutting output and available factory space so that the appropriate SKLC model can be reviewed.
For equipment selection, provide your laminated-glass dimensions, glass and interlayer configuration, expected production requirements and factory layout. SANKEN can review the suitable SKLC model and equipment arrangement for the planned laminated-glass cutting process.
