The high-pressure water jet cutting process does not chemically alter the material during cutting and is suitable for applications such as glass door patch-fitting holes and complex profiles.
The SKWJ series is available in multiple cutting sizes from 2000 × 1400 mm to 4500 × 2500 mm. All catalogue configurations provide a traverse speed of 10 m/min, cutting accuracy of ±0.1 mm and working pressure of 380 MPa / 55,000 PSI.

The SANKEN SKWJ series CNC Water Jet Cutting Machine is designed for straight-line and irregular-shape cutting of glass and other materials. High-pressure water jet cutting provides a flexible solution for complex profiles, openings and parts that cannot be processed easily by conventional straight-line glass cutting equipment.
The machine can process float glass, laminated glass and materials including aluminum, stainless steel, iron, PVC board, stone, ceramic, wood, rubber and foam. Multiple SKWJ configurations are available with maximum cutting sizes from 2000 × 1400 mm to 4500 × 2500 mm.
