Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
The SANKEN SKAC series supplies compressed air for glass factory equipment. PLC and touch-screen control coordinate compressor operation, while permanent-magnet variable-frequency drives provide motor control. Intake filtration, oil separation and oil return form part of the compressor system.
SANKEN SKAC series provides screw-type air compressors for factory compressed-air requirements. PLC and touch-screen control work with a permanent-magnet variable-frequency drive, intake filtration and an oil separation and return system.
The range includes SKAC-30S at 30 HP / 22 kW and SKAC-75S at 75 HP / 55 kW. Air receivers and refrigerated air dryers can be selected separately to form a compressed-air arrangement for the connected production equipment.
Operators use the touch-screen interface to access the compressor controls. The PLC coordinates the operating functions of the selected configuration.
The compressor uses a permanent-magnet motor and variable-frequency drive for operation control. Select the drive and compressor size around the required factory air duty.
The permanent-magnet motor has an IP54 protection rating and Class F insulation.
The oil separation system incorporates a separation core and oil return arrangement to manage oil within the compressor system.
The intake filter treats incoming air before compression. Include filter inspection and servicing in the maintenance arrangement.
| Parameter | SKAC-30S | SKAC-75S |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor Type | Screw type | Screw type |
| Motor Power | 22 kW | 55 kW |
| Horsepower Rating | 30 HP | 75 HP |
| Control | PLC and touch screen | PLC and touch screen |
| Drive Configuration | Permanent-magnet variable-frequency drive | Permanent-magnet variable-frequency drive |
| Motor Protection Rating | IP54 | IP54 |
| Motor Insulation Class | Class F | Class F |
Select the compressor using the required air delivery at the working pressure, the production load pattern and the connected equipment’s air-quality requirements. Motor power alone does not define the complete compressed-air supply capacity.
SKAT-1 provides 1 m³ of air storage within the compressed-air system. The receiver acts as a buffer between the compressor and connected equipment to help manage demand fluctuations.
A pressure gauge displays the receiver pressure for operating checks.
An overpressure relief valve is fitted to the receiver, together with a manual drain valve for removing collected liquid.
| Parameter | SKAT-1 |
|---|---|
| Air Storage Volume | 1 m³ |
| Pressure Gauge | Included |
| Overpressure Relief Valve | Included |
| Drain Valve | Manual drain valve |
Match the receiver pressure specification, connections and storage requirement to the selected compressor and factory air system.
SKAD-30 and SKAD-75 refrigerated air dryers provide moisture removal within the compressed-air treatment arrangement. Select the dryer for the required airflow and incoming air conditions.
The dryer uses refrigeration and a cooling fan within its air-drying system.
Copper piping and an anti-vibration structure form part of the dryer construction.
| Parameter | SKAD-30 | SKAD-75 |
|---|---|---|
| Dryer Type | Refrigerated air dryer | Refrigerated air dryer |
| Cooling Fan | Included | Included |
| Piping | Copper piping | Copper piping |
| Vibration Control | Anti-vibration structure | Anti-vibration structure |
Confirm the required pressure dew point, inlet temperature, ambient conditions and air quality before choosing the dryer configuration.
List the connected machines and their required airflow and pressure. Review the number of machines operating together and the production demand pattern.
Select the storage receiver, dryer and any additional filtration around the required air quality and the complete supply arrangement.
Plan the compressor and air-treatment equipment with the factory distribution system and the locations of the connected machines. Coordinate connections and service access for the selected equipment.
Specify the compressor, receiver, dryer and filtration equipment required for the project. Confirm the equipment list and system specifications together.
A compressed-air supply can support pneumatic functions on glass processing machines, according to each machine’s requirements. Review air consumption, pressure and treatment needs for the actual cutting, handling, assembly or other equipment being connected.
SANKEN can help coordinate the compressor and supporting air equipment with the machinery selected for your factory. Send the machine list and operating requirements to discuss the supply arrangement.
Choose the equipment positions around the installation requirements of the compressor, receiver and dryer. Leave access for filters, oil-system servicing, receiver drainage and dryer maintenance.
Coordinate the electrical supply with the selected 22 kW or 55 kW compressor and the supporting equipment. Confirm the full system dimensions, connections and utilities for the selected configuration.
Plan routine servicing according to the operating instructions for each unit. Keep maintenance access and replacement-part requirements included in the factory arrangement.
The range includes SKAC-30S at 30 HP / 22 kW and SKAC-75S at 75 HP / 55 kW.
The compressor uses PLC and touch-screen control with a permanent-magnet variable-frequency drive.
The motor protection rating is IP54 and the insulation class is F.
SKAT-1 provides an air storage volume of 1 m³, with a pressure gauge, overpressure relief valve and manual drain valve.
SKAD-30 and SKAD-75 are refrigerated air dryer options. Select the dryer around the required airflow, inlet conditions and air-quality target.
They are supporting units selected for the project. Confirm the required equipment and supply scope when requesting a quotation.
Use the connected machines’ required airflow at working pressure, operating pattern and air-quality requirements. Review the complete demand before choosing the compressor and treatment equipment.
Send the connected machine list, airflow and pressure requirements, operating schedule, air-quality needs, available electrical supply and installation space.
SANKEN has been exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002. Send us your factory air requirements to discuss the SKAC compressor, receiver and air-treatment arrangement.
