Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
The SANKEN SKFS series applies film to glass for surface protection and subsequent processing. PLC and touch-screen control coordinate glass positioning, heating, film application and cutting. Rubber conveying rollers transfer panels through the machine, with model choices covering different glass sizes.
SANKEN SKFS series applies protective and process films to glass using PLC and touch-screen control. The machine supports single-sided or double-sided application, with automatic glass positioning, heating, film application and film cutting.
Four models cover maximum glass sizes from 1250 × 2500 mm to 1950 × 3200 mm. All four process glass 2–19 mm thick at speeds of 1–8 m/min, allowing model selection around the glass format and film requirements.
The PLC system coordinates positioning, heating, film application and film cutting. Operators use the touch-screen interface to control the application process.
Select single-sided or double-sided film application according to the glass protection or downstream processing requirement. Confirm the required film arrangement when specifying the machine.
The machine positions the glass before film application, coordinating the panel with the conveying and application stages.
Heating and film application are automatically controlled as part of the processing sequence. Match the operating settings to the selected film and glass surface.
The machine cuts the film as part of the application cycle, coordinating film handling with glass transport.
Rubber conveying rollers support glass movement through the machine. The rollers have heat- and corrosion-resistant characteristics for the application environment.

Processing speed is glass transport speed through the applicator. Finished-panel output depends on panel size, spacing, film setup and the application process.
Select the model using the maximum and minimum glass dimensions required for production.
Apply a suitable protective film to cover the surface of finished glass during handling, storage or subsequent operations. Select the film for the glass surface and the intended removal conditions.
Apply compatible masking film for the subsequent pattern preparation and sandblasting workflow. Coordinate the film properties with the intended pattern-making and blasting process.
The applicator can apply suitable process film used in glass screen-printing operations. Send the film specification and intended application stage to confirm the required configuration.
Confirm film type, roll dimensions, the glass size range and whether single-sided or double-sided application is required.
Prepare the glass surface for the selected film and feed the panel into the conveying section.
The machine coordinates automatic positioning, heating and film application according to the selected operating settings.
Automatic film cutting completes the application sequence for the panel.
Inspect film coverage and adhesion for the intended operation, then transfer the panel to handling, storage or the next process.
Handles glass from 250 × 400 mm to 1250 × 2500 mm. Total power is 3.85 kW, with machine dimensions of 3800 × 2230 × 1450 mm.
Handles glass from 250 × 400 mm to 1500 × 2500 mm. Total power is 4.35 kW, with machine dimensions of 3800 × 2530 × 1450 mm.
Handles glass from 350 × 450 mm to 1750 × 3000 mm. Total power is 5.10 kW, with machine dimensions of 4400 × 2750 × 1550 mm.
Handles glass from 350 × 500 mm to 1950 × 3200 mm. Total power is 5.50 kW, with machine dimensions of 4800 × 2950 × 1650 mm.
All four models share a 2–19 mm glass thickness range and a 1–8 m/min processing speed range. Match the glass dimensions, film and sidedness requirements to the selected configuration.
Plan the applicator between glass preparation and the required downstream operation. Leave space for incoming and outgoing panels, film roll replacement and routine servicing.
Coordinate the machine working direction and transfer arrangement with nearby handling equipment. Use the machine dimensions in the parameter table to plan placement and provide additional working clearance.
Confirm the electrical supply for the selected 3.85–5.50 kW model and the film storage and operating conditions needed for the chosen material.
The range includes SKFS-1300A, SKFS-1600A, SKFS-1800A and SKFS-2000A.
The machine supports single-sided or double-sided application. Specify the required film arrangement when selecting the configuration.
Glass positioning, heating, film application and film cutting are coordinated automatically under PLC and touch-screen control.
Applications include suitable finished-glass protective films, sandblasting masking films and process films for glass screen-printing workflows. Confirm the specific film with SANKEN before equipment selection.
All four models handle glass 2–19 mm thick.
The speed range is 1–8 m/min. Actual panel output depends on glass size, spacing, film setup and operating conditions.
SKFS-2000A handles up to 1950 × 3200 mm. The other models cover 1250 × 2500 mm, 1500 × 2500 mm and 1750 × 3000 mm respectively.
Send maximum and minimum glass sizes, thickness range, film specifications and roll dimensions, single- or double-sided requirements, target output and available workshop space.
