Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
The SANKEN SKLE Series 3D Laser Inner Engraving Machine is designed to create decorative patterns inside transparent glass and crystal without mechanically cutting grooves into the surface.
A computer-controlled laser forms small internal points that make up 2D or 3D images. This process can be used for decorative glass panels, crystal products and customized artwork.
Five models are available: SKLE-1218, SKLE-1325, SKLE-1530, SKLE-2030 and SKLE-2040.
The series offers maximum processing sizes from 1200 × 1800 mm to 2000 × 4000 mm, with a laser wavelength of 532 nm and engraving speeds of 180,000–480,000 dots per minute.
The SANKEN SKLE Series 3D Laser Inner Engraving Machine is designed to create decorative patterns inside transparent glass and crystal. Using computer-controlled laser technology, the machine produces internal points that form two-dimensional and three-dimensional images.
Unlike mechanical engraving, which removes material from a surface, laser inner engraving creates the pattern within the transparent workpiece. This allows decorative images to be formed without cutting grooves into the outer surface.

SANKEN SKLE Series 3D Laser Inner Engraving Machine
Laser inner engraving uses a focused laser beam to create small points within a transparent material. These points are arranged according to the programmed image to form visible decorative patterns.
The design is converted into a series of laser processing positions. As the machine follows the programmed pattern, individual points are formed at designated locations inside the workpiece.
By arranging these points at different positions and depths, the machine can produce both flat decorative patterns and three-dimensional internal images. The final appearance depends on the design, material and laser processing settings.
The SKLE Series can produce lines, graphics and other two-dimensional patterns inside transparent glass or crystal. Laser points are positioned according to the prepared design.
Three-dimensional images can be formed by distributing laser points at different depths within the material. This method is suitable for decorative objects and customized internal image designs.
The engraving process is controlled by a computer program. The machine follows the prepared processing pattern to position the laser points within the workpiece.
The laser is focused inside the transparent material rather than mechanically grinding the external surface. The workpiece surface is not intentionally machined during the internal engraving process.
The engraving program and laser processing settings are selected according to the required pattern, material and workpiece dimensions.
The engraving pattern is prepared before processing. After the transparent workpiece is positioned on the machine, the operator selects the required settings and starts the engraving program.
The machine follows the programmed positions to produce internal laser points. After engraving, the finished workpiece can be inspected for pattern appearance and completeness.

The engraving speed refers to laser point processing. Actual completion time depends on pattern size, point density and material characteristics. Glass thickness capacity, electrical power and installation dimensions should be confirmed for the selected model.
The five SKLE models share the same published laser specifications. The main selection factor is the maximum processing area required for the glass or crystal workpiece.
The SKLE-1218 supports workpieces up to 1200 × 1800 mm, while the SKLE-1325 extends the maximum processing size to 1300 × 2500 mm.
The SKLE-1530 accommodates processing sizes up to 1500 × 3000 mm. Its machine weight is 1495 kg.
The SKLE-2030 supports processing sizes up to 2000 × 3000 mm. The SKLE-2040 provides the largest processing area in the series at 2000 × 4000 mm.
The appropriate model should be selected according to workpiece dimensions, material characteristics, engraving design and available installation space.
The SKLE Series is suitable for decorative engraving applications involving transparent glass and crystal.
Typical products include decorative glass panels, crystal artwork, personalized designs and glass products requiring internal two-dimensional or three-dimensional images.
Material suitability and engraving appearance should be evaluated according to the workpiece and required design.
The SKLE Series produces decorative points inside transparent glass or crystal. It is intended for internal image creation rather than mechanical surface groove cutting.
The SKE-CNC Series uses machining tools for decorative surface engraving and groove processing on flat glass.
For mechanical groove processing, see the CNC Glass Engraving Center .
It is a laser processing machine that creates decorative points inside transparent glass or crystal. The points can be arranged to form two-dimensional patterns or three-dimensional images.
Five models are available: SKLE-1218, SKLE-1325, SKLE-1530, SKLE-2030 and SKLE-2040.
The SKLE-2040 supports the largest processing size in the series at 2000 × 4000 mm. Other models offer smaller processing areas.
Yes. The SKLE Series can form two-dimensional and three-dimensional patterns by arranging laser points at programmed positions within the transparent material.
No. The SKLE Series is intended for internal laser engraving. For surface grooves and mechanically engraved patterns, a CNC Glass Engraving Center is more appropriate.
The specified laser wavelength is 532 nm.
The specified processing speed is 180,000–480,000 dots per minute. Actual engraving time depends on the pattern and the number of laser points required.
The SKLE Series is designed for internal engraving in glass and crystal. The specific material and workpiece thickness should be confirmed before processing.
Model selection depends on the workpiece dimensions, material, engraving pattern, expected production requirements and factory installation space.
For SKLE machine selection, please provide the glass or crystal dimensions, material thickness, engraving pattern and required production volume.
Drawings or sample images can help determine the suitable processing size and engraving arrangement.
