The equipment below serves different production routes. Windshield bending and vacuum pre-lamination belong to the laminated windshield route, while bending tempering is used for the tempered side and rear window products described here. These are main process stages; the final sequence and any additional equipment are defined for each project.


Laminated Windshield Glass
Glass pre-processing → Windshield bending → Curved glass washing and drying → Glass and interlayer assembly → Vacuum pre-lamination → Autoclave processing

Vacuum pre-lamination prepares the assembled glass for subsequent autoclave processing. Autoclave capacity and compatibility with the windshield process should be confirmed as part of the equipment configuration.



Bent Tempered Side and Rear Window Glass
Glass pre-processing → Washing and drying → Bending and tempering → Finished glass inspection

Drilling and other product-specific operations are included where required by the glass design. The production route should be confirmed against the intended finished product.

The windshield bending furnace uses PLC and computer control, with an operating display for process monitoring and fault records for troubleshooting. Mould positioning on each trolley helps maintain alignment during transfer.

The curved glass washing machine is designed for automotive windshields, side windows, rear windows and roof glass. It combines pre-spraying, heated high-pressure washing, pure-water rinsing and air-knife drying, with PLC and touch-screen control.

Automotive Glass Bending and Tempering Furnace
The bending and tempering equipment described here is intended for automotive side window and rear window glass. Its controls include variable-frequency blower control, temperature control and servo-controlled movements in the bending section.

Side Window Glass
Upper and lower conveying rollers use synchronized forming movements, with computer adjustment of the bending curve.

Rear Window Glass
Heated glass is formed using a shaping mould and an upper pressing die with a lifting mechanism. Transmission and lifting movements in the forming section use servo control.

The forming arrangement is selected according to the product geometry and process requirements.
