Full-Automatic PVB Laminated Glass Production Line



SANKEN Excellent Fully Automatic PVB Laminated Glass Production Line is controlled by SIEMENS PLC and Touch Screen, with friendly interface, unique ingenuity, high precision manufacturing and convenient operation. It can efficiently produce two(2) or more layers of PVB, SGP laminated safety glass, as the laminated glass has extremely high safety and security, hurricane-proof, earthquake-proof, riot-proof, anti-ultraviolet, water high pressure resistance and extremely high impact resistance, even if the laminated glass is broken, the whole laminated glass will stick together, and will not cause the fragments to scatter and hurt people. In addition, the PVB film can reduce the noise, so the laminated glass are widely used in the places with high safety requirements, such as: laminating IG curtain wall, glass guardrail of house balcony, shower room glass, windows of tall buildings, ceiling glass for daylight, shopping malls, selling shops, schools, kindergartens, gymnasiums, glass guardrails for stairs, observation elevator, aquariums and financial sectors such as banks and etc. that require high-security laminated glass.

Autoclave



Autoclave is a key equipment for the laminating production of architectural glass and automotive windshield. It firmly laminates two or more pieces of glass with PVB film to make the laminated glass extremely high security.















HIGHLIGHT OF SANKEN AUTOCLAVE.



1. SANKEN AUTOCLAVE is controlled by SIEMENS PLC and 15-inch Touch Screen, with friendly interface, automatic processing, and high safety performance.
2. With automatic interlock function. When the sensor detects that there is pressure inside the autoclave, it will automatically switch off the power supply of door motor, to ensure that there is no air pressure inside the autoclave before power on. When it has overpressure and over- temperature, the solenoid valve will automatically exhaust.
3. With a unique furnace door design, which has a perfect sealing performance, and it helps the equipment to start running only after the autoclave door is firmly closed.
4. This autoclave adopts medium-wave infrared heating manufacturing with a unique heating design, which is more energy-saving than ordinary autoclaves.
5. The production processing of this autoclave has no noise and no oil fume pollution, and meets the requirements of international environmental protection production.
6. SANKEN Autoclave, with excellent material selection, precision manufacturing, extremely high stability, extremely low failure rate and durable, the finished product of PVB laminated glass is of international first-class quality, good adhesion, high transparency, and no bubbles.
