Where the main IG line already provides online gas filling, select a separate filling station according to any additional production or handling requirements.
SKIC-01 transfers prepared spacer frames between workstations. Arrange it around the bending, desiccant filling, butyl application and frame-loading areas to suit the workshop flow.
| Parameter | SKIC-01 |
|---|---|
| Max. Frame Size | 3500 × 2500 mm |
| Min. Frame Size | 100 × 100 mm |

SKIP-01 provides height adjustment for material handling at a workstation. Select its position according to the handling task and the height of connected equipment.
Send the required platform dimensions, lifting range and working load so we can discuss a suitable configuration for your production area.
Combine spacer bending, desiccant filling and butyl application around the required spacer material, section dimensions and frame shapes. Match the operating ranges of all selected machines.
SKIB-01 bends spacer widths of 5.5–24 mm, while SKID-01 has a spacer specification range of 5.5–20 mm. SKIE-01 has an application head adjustment range of 4–20 mm. Check the required spacer section against each machine before selecting the combination.
Choose a sealing table and separate gas filler according to the existing line and operating process. Include the required sealant delivery equipment, gas supply and glass handling arrangement in the production plan.
Position the spacer frame conveyor and lifting platform around the workstations they serve. Coordinate movement routes and operating heights with the main insulating glass line.
A spacer preparation workflow can combine bending, desiccant filling, primary butyl application and frame transfer before spacer placement on the main IG line. Secondary sealing follows glass assembly and pressing; the gas-filling stage depends on the selected production configuration.
Arrange the auxiliary stations around the main line to keep frame movement and glass handling practical. Allow space for spacer bar storage, frame transfer, material replenishment, sealant containers and maintenance access.
Confirm electrical supplies and compressed-air requirements for each machine. Equipment dimensions describe the machines themselves and do not include all handling space or working aisles.
Yes. Select individual machines or combine the required workstations according to your existing equipment and production process.
They are separate auxiliary machines for different operations. The automation level of the complete arrangement depends on the selected equipment and its connection with the main insulating glass line.
SKIB-01 bends the spacer frame. SKID-01 is the separate machine for desiccant filling, drilling and sealing.
SKIE-01 applies primary butyl sealant to the spacer frame before assembly. Secondary sealing requires the appropriate separate sealant application equipment.
Each machine has its own range. SKIB-01 covers spacer widths of 5.5–24 mm; SKID-01 covers spacer specifications of 5.5–20 mm; SKIE-01 provides application head adjustment of 4–20 mm.
SKIG-01 is an inert-gas filling machine. SKIG-2500L is a glass loading machine used for a different handling operation.
Send your required operations, spacer material and dimensions, frame sizes and shapes, IGU structure, target output, existing equipment, available utilities and factory drawing.
