Silicone bag quantity describes the number of bag sets supplied with the model. It does not specify the number of glass layers in a laminate or the number of finished panels produced per cycle.

Machine dimensions and occupied area are separate figures. The occupied area allows for the equipment arrangement and handling space; coordinate the installation with the actual tray movement and factory layout.

    Model and Configuration Selection

    3200 × 1700 mm Processing Format

SKL-32172, SKL-32175, SKL-32175A and SKL-32175PLC share the same maximum glass format. The differences are bag quantity, handling configuration, controls, power and occupied area.

    4000 × 2000 mm Processing Format

SKL-40205PLC provides five silicone bag sets, a hydraulic lifter and PLC touch-screen control. Total power is 56 kW, with an occupied area of 9100 × 2800 mm.

    4000 × 2500 mm Processing Format

SKL-40255PLC provides five silicone bag sets, a hydraulic lifter and PLC touch-screen control. Total power is 60 kW, with an occupied area of 9100 × 3300 mm.

Choose the maximum format first, then review the glass build-up, film, decorative inserts, bag arrangement and loading method. Match the configuration to your workshop and material handling requirements.

    EVA Laminating Workflow

    1. Prepare the Glass and Interlayer

Prepare clean glass panes, EVA film and any decorative inserts required for the laminate. Check the compatibility and condition of the materials before assembly.

    2. Assemble the Laminate

Position the EVA film and selected inserts between the glass panes according to the required design and glass build-up.

    3. Load the Silicone Bag Arrangement

Place the assembled glass in the selected bag and tray arrangement. Use the manual push-pull or hydraulic lifting system supplied with the model.

    4. Process with Vacuum and Heating

Run the processing cycle established for the selected film, glass structure and insert materials. Confirm the settings with the film supplier’s requirements and the equipment configuration.

    5. Cool and Inspect

Complete cooling and handling according to the established process. Inspect the finished laminate for appearance, edge condition and the requirements of the intended application.

    Transparent and Decorative Laminated Glass

    Transparent and Coloured Glass

The equipment can be used for transparent or coloured EVA laminated glass. Select the glass and film combination for the required visual effect.

    Fabric and Decorative Inserts

Compatible fabrics, silk, paper and dried decorative materials can be incorporated between glass layers. Review insert thickness, moisture condition and compatibility through sample production.

    Interior Design Applications

Decorative laminates can be specified for partitions, screens and other interior glazing in homes, restaurants, hotels and retail spaces. Select the finished glass structure and performance requirements for each project.

    Workshop Space and Production Planning

Plan space for glass preparation, EVA film handling, laminate assembly, the machine, tray movement and finished-glass handling. Keep film storage and assembly conditions appropriate for the selected materials.

The manual push-pull models have an occupied area of 12000 × 2500 mm. The 3200 × 1700 mm hydraulic-lifter models have an occupied area of 7700 × 2500 mm. Larger PLC models require 9100 × 2800 mm or 9100 × 3300 mm, depending on the glass format.

Machine power ranges from 42 kW to 60 kW. Coordinate the electrical supply, installation access and maintenance clearances with the selected model and factory arrangement.
