Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
The SANKEN SKA series connects glass screen printing with the drying stage. It arranges printed panels into rows before conveying them into the furnace, helping utilize the available dryer width.
The SANKEN SKA series arranges printed glass sheets into rows before transferring them to a drying furnace. Used between screen printing and drying, it organizes incoming panels to make use of the available dryer width.
Choose SKA-1800 or SKA-2000 according to your glass sizes and production-line arrangement. Both models process glass thicknesses of 2–19 mm and use 1.5 kW of total machine power.
Glass enters the arraying stage after screen printing. This stage connects the printing process to the dryer feed.
The machine arranges incoming glass sheets into rows for transfer to the drying furnace. The arraying arrangement is selected around the panel dimensions and available conveying width.
The arranged glass is conveyed onward in an organized sequence, helping use the working space of the drying furnace.
The machine serves as an auxiliary unit for glass screen printing. We review the conveying width, transfer height and production cycle when planning its connection to the printer and dryer.
Select the arraying model together with the printer, glass size range and dryer configuration. The panel arrangement needs to fit the downstream conveying area.

Use the SKA series in glass screen printing workflows that require panels to be arranged before drying. It can be planned as part of a printing production line or as an auxiliary connection between compatible equipment.
Send the dimensions of your printed panels and the dryer conveying width so we can review the arraying layout.
Provide the printer discharge height, dryer entry height, direction of glass travel and available space between the machines. Include the maximum and minimum panel sizes, thickness range and production requirements.
The machine height is 950 mm. Review the transfer arrangement with the adjoining equipment before finalizing the installation.
It arranges printed glass sheets into rows and conveys them to the drying furnace.
Their maximum processing sizes, machine dimensions and weights differ. Both process 2–19 mm glass and have 1.5 kW total power.
Printing and drying are performed by the connected equipment. The SKA unit handles arraying and transfer between those stages.
Send the adjoining machine dimensions, conveyor heights and production requirements so we can review the connection.
The arrangement depends on the panel dimensions and the usable width of the selected machine and dryer. Send your panel sizes for layout planning.
