Exporting glass-processing machinery since 2002, with international project support from planning to installation and training.
The SANKEN SKDC-V series prepares sandblasting stencils by drawing and knife-cutting masking film on glass. Computer-controlled pattern preparation and a vertical support frame help organize decorative glass production from design to blasting.
The SANKEN SKDC-V series draws and knife-cuts patterns in masking film applied to glass. Designs are transferred from a computer to prepare lettering, logos and decorative graphics for the next sandblasting stage.
Choose from SKDC-1824V, SKDC-2030V and SKDC-2436V to match your panel dimensions. The vertical frame supports the glass during stencil preparation.
Transfer your prepared graphics from the computer to the plotter for drawing and knife cutting on the applied film. The cut outlines define which parts of the mask will be removed before blasting.
The plotter prepares the mask directly on the glass panel. After cutting, remove the film from the areas to be sandblasted and retain the mask over the areas to be protected.
All three models have a mechanical precision of 0.1 mm and repeatability of 0.1 mm, with a maximum cutting speed of 20 m/min.
The vertical frame holds the panel upright during processing. Model selection depends on the required processing area and space for glass loading and unloading.
The processing areas are 1830 × 2440 mm, 2000 × 3000 mm and 3600 × 2400 mm. Select the model around your largest panel and pattern arrangement.
The plotter prepares the stencil. A separate sandblasting machine creates the frosted finish on the exposed glass surface. After blasting, remove the remaining mask and clean the panel.

Prepare sandblasting stencils for decorative lettering, company logos, geometric patterns, floral designs and privacy graphics on flat glass. Typical products include partitions, doors, shower enclosures and decorative interior panels.
Use the SKDC-V plotter as a separate stencil preparation station before sandblasting. Select the glass size and masking film around the design and the following blasting process.
Send us your maximum glass dimensions, panel thickness, masking film details and sample artwork. Include the smallest lettering or pattern features and your production requirements so we can review the model and processing setup.
Allow space for panel handling, computer operation and maintenance. Confirm the required electrical supply against the 220 V / 60 Hz specification before installation.
It knife-cuts the masking film applied to the glass surface to prepare a sandblasting stencil. Glass sizing and separation are separate operations.
Yes. Computer-prepared designs can be used to draw and cut logos, lettering and decorative patterns in the mask.
Apply the masking film to the glass before plotting. The machine then draws and cuts the pattern in the film.
Send a sample design file when requesting a quotation so we can confirm compatibility with the supplied control software.
Yes. After plotting and removing the selected film areas, transfer the panel to a separate glass sandblasting machine.
Share the film material, thickness and required blasting finish with us. We can review the film and cutting setup for your application.
