Automatic Screen Coating Machine – SKP-C Series
The SANKEN SKP-C series applies coating to screen mesh during stencil preparation. PLC and touch-screen control manage coating speed, thickness, side selection and repeated passes, while pneumatic clamps hold the frame during operation.

Automatic Coating for Screen Preparation
The SANKEN SKP-C series applies coating to screen mesh during stencil preparation for glass screen printing. PLC and touch-screen control manage the coating operation, with settings for coating speed, thickness, single- or double-sided operation and repeated passes.
Four models provide maximum coating areas from 800 × 1200 mm to 2000 × 4000 mm. All support frame thicknesses of 20–50 mm.

Coating Control and Frame Handling
PLC and Touch-Screen Operation
Set the coating operation through the touch-screen interface. The PLC coordinates the selected coating cycle.
Adjustable Coating Settings
Set coating speed, thickness and the required number of passes to match the screen preparation process.
Single- or Double-Sided Coating
Select coating on one side or both sides of the screen according to the required stencil preparation method.
Constant-Pressure System
The constant-pressure system controls the coating operation to support the selected coating thickness.
Pneumatic Frame Clamping
Pneumatic controls clamp and release the screen frame during setup and unloading.
Automatic Pass Counting
The machine monitors the number of coating passes. At completion of the selected cycle, it stops and gives a signal.
Working Sequence
Prepare the mesh and coating material before loading. After coating, follow the coating supplier’s drying and exposure requirements for the next screen-making stages.

Applications
The SKP-C series supports screen preparation for glass printing designs, lettering, borders and decorative patterns. Select the coating area around the screen frame, required image size and preparation materials.
Coating, Exposure and Developing
Coating prepares the mesh for later stencil exposure. Drying, exposure and developing are separate stages in the screen-making workflow.
The SKP-C coating machine and SKP-DA developing machine perform different operations. Specify the required equipment for each stage when planning the screen preparation area.
Model Selection and Workshop Planning
Send the outside dimensions of your frames, required coating area, frame thickness, mesh details, coating material and production requirements.
All four models have 0.75 kW total power and require a 0.5–0.7 MPa compressed-air supply. Check the equipment height and allow room for frame handling, coating material preparation, cleaning and maintenance.
