What should our factory prepare before equipment installation?

Please provide the glass type, maximum and minimum dimensions, thickness range, required processing operations and target production capacity. Tell us the installation country and any available power, water and compressed-air specifications. For a production line, please also share the factory layout and details of existing equipment. Drawings or sample photos are helpful when the glass requires particular shapes, holes or edge finishes.

Our quotation identifies the proposed machine models, configurations and supply scope. When comparing proposals, check which items are included, optional or separately priced, particularly loading equipment, transfer tables, tooling, auxiliary systems, packing, freight, installation and training. We can review these items with you before order confirmation so the equipment and service arrangements match your project requirements.

Delivery time depends on the equipment models, quantities, configuration, customization requirements and production schedule. We confirm the expected equipment readiness date when reviewing the order. Freight transit, customs clearance and on-site installation require additional time. If your factory has a planned production start date, please share it early so we can discuss the manufacturing, shipping and installation schedule together.

We confirm the accepted payment methods and payment milestones during the quotation and order-review process. The agreed terms, including any deposit and balance-payment requirements, are recorded in the sales contract.
