Product Description
Autoclave is a key equipment for the laminating production of architectural glass and automotive windshield. It firmly laminates two or more pieces of glass with PVB film to make the laminated glass extremely high security.HIGHLIGHT OF SANKEN AUTOCLAVE.
1. SANKEN AUTOCLAVE is controlled by SIEMENS PLC and 15-inch Touch Screen, with friendly interface, automatic processing, and high safety performance.
2. With automatic interlock function. When the sensor detects that there is pressure inside the autoclave, it will automatically switch off the power supply of door motor, to ensure that there is no air pressure inside the autoclave before power on. When it has overpressure and over-temperature, the solenoid valve will automatically exhaust.
3. With a unique furnace door design, which has a perfect sealing performance, and it helps the equipment to start running only after the autoclave door is firmly closed.
4. This autoclave adopts medium-wave infrared heating manufacturing with a unique heating design, which is more energy-saving than ordinary autoclaves.
5. The production processing of this autoclave has no noise and no oil fume pollution, and meets the requirements of international environmental protection production.
